Shipping Policy

Our intention is to deliver every order within two business days of the ship date. To support that goal, our system automatically selects the fastest cost-effective UPS service for your destination: most packages travel via UPS 2nd Day Air, and some travel via UPS Ground when ground service is already expected to arrive within the two-day window. The service name on your tracking email may vary, but the targeted in-hand date is the same.

Handling

Orders are processed and handed to UPS within 24 business hours from the time the order is placed. Business hours exclude weekends and federal holidays, so an order placed on a Friday afternoon will typically ship the following Monday. You will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. "Two business days" excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and UPS-observed holidays. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may take three to five business days due to carrier routing β€” please contact us before ordering if you need a specific delivery date.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address; we cannot reroute, replace, or refund orders delayed or lost because of incorrect address information. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier service disruptions, or other events outside our control. If a package has not arrived within five business days of its ship date, or arrives damaged, please email us within seven days of the expected delivery date and we will file a claim with UPS and make it right.
